The Internal Evaluation Team (ΙΕΤ) is formed within academic units with a coordinating role and acts as the link between the Quality Assurance Unit (QAU) and the respective academic unit.

The IET is set up within each Department and has a coordinating and executive role: it cooperates with the QAU and coordinates – at the Department level – the process of internal evaluation of the Department and the Certification of the corresponding Undergraduate Programme of Studies.

In conjunction with the QAU, it coordinates the internal evaluation process of the academic unit. It implements and monitors the completion of teaching evaluation questionnaires by students and informs the bodies and members of the academic unit of the results of the teaching evaluation.

In collaboration with the Head of Department and the QAU, it drafts the proposal for the certification of the academic unit’s Undergraduate Programme of Studies.
