Scientific Interests
Our laboratory investigates the molecular and cellular mechanisms of human diseases, with a focus on cancer, neurodevelopmental, and neurodegenerative disorders. We use genetically engineered animal models and computational approaches to study disease mechanisms, cancer progression, epigenetic dysregulation, and the effects of targeted therapies on brain function and behavior. In parallel, we aim to identify biomarkers for Alzheimer’s disease at early and progressive stages using integrated multi-omics analyses and disease modeling.
