Organismal Biology, Ecology and Systematics

My research profile focuses on taxonomy, ecology and biogeography. I have worked extensively on the systematics, ecology and conservation of spiders in Greece, a subject I approach using morphological traits, molecular markers and statistical models. My most recent publications involve the generation and analysis of large-scale faunal data sets as well as risk analysis and biodiversity conservation studies.
